About Composure

Our purpose

We support and challenge leaders to transform and grow - their organisations, their teams and themselves.

In today’s ever changing and fast paced business environment, the ability to maintain ‘composure’ in the face of pressure is one of the great challenges facing leaders today.

Composure doesn’t just happen. You need to work at it. You need to prepare for it, train for it, develop it, practice for it and stick with it. This is what we do. We help organisations and leaders get prepared for those moments when composure is the difference between succeeding or not succeeding.

We focus on how ‘patterns of behaviours’ get formed in organisations, analyse whether this is helping or hindering progress and help client’s build a roadmap to shape, shift and strengthen their culture.

We give leaders an advantage by helping deepen their understanding of what lies beneath genuine ‘behaviour change’. We use proven strategies and methodologies that have delivered results over many years in a variety of organisations and sectors. The aim is to empower leaders to engage their people, lead change and use the power of culture to advance their organisation.
